Finn is a rising “Youngster” — as in a sophomore at the Naval Academy. Before the academy on the Severn of Annapolis, Finn went to Georgetown Prep and Mater Dei. Thanks, Finn, for sitting down while overlooking the great Atlantic to tell your story and speak your passion about service to our awesome nation on our beautiful birthday — the Fourth of July!
