ERIC HEIDENBERGER = Restaurateur, Friend = PILLARS LXXXIII
Eric and is brother Alex and father Dickie know restaurants. It can be sometimes hard for family to get along, furthermore to do business together -- the Heidenberger's defy conventional that wisdom -- in a big way! The trio have created some of the coolest and iconic spots on both sides of the big bridge -- Bottom Line, Mad Hatter, Starboard, Mango Mike's -- to name four of their score.
Before all of that, Eric and and I go back to Mater Dei and Prep days -- it was good to catch up with an old friend and talk about what he loves to do -- put fire in the bellies of good people and smiles on faces!
