Bastian & Alex are a couple of the finest of the SSBP -- Sussex Shoes Beach Patrol. As the Summer finds her way to a big finish, Bastian, Alex, and I talk competitions, workouts, the SSBP family, saves & safety, zinc-oxide on the nose, PBJ's, weather, surf, and safest and most fun shore on the beach!
